Before you can make a purchasing decision, you need to know about the specifics of what we offer.   • Responding to Member and Community Input
  • 2+2 Program: Beyond free preventive services, 2 free visits to PCP and 2 free visits to Behavioral Health Specialist
  • Acupuncture: Up to $40/visit; $1,000/year (not available on Catastrophic Plans)
  • High Deductible HSA plans (to see if an HSA Plan is right for you, click here
  • Wellness and Disease Management Programs for asthma, depression, diabetes, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure and renal disease. These 12-module programs offer education, case management and no copays for any visit (PCP/specialist), prescription, or supplies associated with managing their disease.
  • Members who complete and return our HealthSmart Check List—a simple 12-question health risk assessment—during their first sixty (60) days of coverage are eligible for a one-time reduction of $250.00 off of their Plan Year 2015 annual deductible. Families are eligible for a maximum reduction of $500.00.

InHealth Mutual’s Provider Network is provided by Ohio PPO Connect (OPPOC). OPPOC consists of four regional health systems: Ohio Health Choice, Healthspan, Quality Care Partners, and Ohio State University Health Plan. This statewide network consists of over 300 hospitals, over 25, 000 physicians, and nearly 5,000 ancillary providers covering all 88 Ohio counties.

Our Pharmacy Network

We know how important medications are to your health and wellbeing. That is why prescription drug benefits are included with every plan we offer. We partner with ProCare Rx, our pharmacy benefits manager, to offer solutions that ensure you receive the care and attention you deserve. At InHealth, we:

  • Coordinate and integrate care with other clinical areas
  • Encourage the use of formulary drugs (a formulary is a list of preferred brand-name and generic medications for which members pay a lower out-of-pocket charge)
  • Provide members with prescription drug benefit consultations
  • Enable members to view both medical and prescription drug claims online
  • Ensure that high-cost specialty drugs are managed consistently and cost effectively, whether they are administered as part of medical services or through a prescription
  • With ProCare Rx, you can fill your prescriptions at over 1500 locations statewide and mail order delivery.
  • Our formulary includes over 5400 medications.
